Burwood Financial Consultants is a firm of Independent Mortgage Brokers established in Sevenoaks for over 10 years.

We are also able to advise on personal products such as life assurance and have access to some great buildings and contents policies. As Independent Brokers, we work for you and not a third party such as a Bank, Building Society or Estate Agent and it's our job to get you the best deal at the best price.
As well as raising our own profile, we genuinely want our sponsorship to raise funds for the club. So if you (or a friend or family member) use our services, we will donate 20% of our earnings to SRFC - just make sure you mention your connection with the club when you contact us.

Our fee policy is that we do not normally charge fees as we receive commission from the lender; however, you can pay a fee in which case we would pass any commission to you. The fee payable will depend on your circumstances, but typically will be 0.5% of the mortgage value e.g. £100,000 mortgage x 0.5% = £500 (Note: your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage)
