Sevenoaks 14, Medway 10

Sevenoaks U16s travelled to Medway looking for a second win of the season and were met with torrential rain and howling winds. Such adverse conditions, the imposition of uncontested scrums and a shortened match reduced the contest to something of a lottery.  In the first half Sevenoaks took a 14 – 5 lead through tries for Connor O’Flynn (converted by Tommy Fuller) and William Payne (converted by Robert Eades).  In the second half, Sevenoaks were attacking up the slope but were unable to add to the score whereas Medway added a second try for a final score of 14 – 10 to Sevenoaks.
