Well its time to think about the end of season tour for the Under 12's , here are the details, a little further a field this time but hopefully with more up market accommodation which should mean you can leave the Marigolds at home... Please note the Alternative Email address, this will hopefully allow us to manage Tour Specific communication. Apologies for the short Notice but we do need to know committed numbers as soon as possible please, by Sunday the 3rd.
End-of-season tour.We will again be touring at the end of the season. We have changed from the Southport to the Camber Sands on the May bank holiday weekend. This festival is being organised by the same company that hosted the fantastic tournament last year.We will make our own way to Camber Sands though one of the team will be there earlier to pick up keys etc, we all leave the following Monday.By booking early we have been able to secure discounts for both the accommodation.The cost of the tour will be £99 per person. This includes:
- accommodation at the recently-refurbished holiday park facility for player and 1 parent. (we hope !)
We will be looking for the boys to participate in fund raising throughout the rest of the season to reduce this figure further.Additional family members are, of course, welcome. Accommodation costs will be £99pp.In order to secure this rate we will need to receive a deposit of £25 per person touring (including additional family members) by this Sunday 3rd of December.Could you please indicate your intention to participate by return email.Deposits with cheques Payable to :Sevenoaks Rugby Club Tour Fund
